The Moundville Boys & Girls Club is accepting registrations for the school year. Participants must be entering 6th grade – 10th grade this August. Registration forms can be picked up at the Moundville Community Activities Center, Moundville City Hall, or Hale County Middle School. The cost of the after-school program is $25 for the school year. Hours of Operation: 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (Boys & Girls Club is closed on days when Hale County schools are closed)

Location: 39750 AL Hwy 69, Moundville, AL 35474 (Moundville Community Activities Center)
Hours: After school program hours: 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. (Hale County Middle School provides bus transportation from the school); Summer camp hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Membership Fee: $25 for the School Year; $25 per week for the summer camp, plus cost of field trips and activities.
Activities: There are a variety of activities available for members such as: pool, Foosball, ping-pong, corn hole, basketball, board games, craft projects, team-building activities, community outreach, and much more.
Programs: Homework assistance, computer lab, community garden, book club, 4-H, Delta Tree Initiative, and other leadership development programs
Field Trips: Engineering Camp, Talladega Raceway, and more
Recent Projects/Outreach: Senior citizen car washing/cleaning; community garden, Hale County Homecoming parade, and MoundvilleChristmas parade/Christmas tree display
Volunteering: The Moundville Boys & Girls Club welcomes volunteers. All volunteers must go through a background check. Background check release forms can be picked up at the club.
Financial Support: The Boys & Girls Club is able to offer its services to our youth due to financial support from the City of Moundville, grants, and donations from local businesses and private donors. All donations are tax-deductible. If any individuals would like to make a donation or businesses would like to participate in payroll deduction or make a corporate donation, please call Tiffany Vaughn at 205-371-6318 or 205-344-1336. The club has several fundraisers each year to assist with financial needs.
